These terms govern your use of Bhagyodya — booking a panditji and buying puja samagri. By using the site you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Your account

• Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

Booking a puja

• A booking is confirmed only once you receive our confirmation email. Choosing a slot alone does not reserve it — while you are paying, the slot is held for a short time and then released.
• We assign the panditji you choose. If they become unavailable through illness or an emergency, we will offer a replacement of similar experience or a full refund.
• Ceremony timings are approximate. Ritual length varies with the puja and with what happens on the day.
• Please provide a clean, suitable space and access to what the ritual needs. Where a package does not include an item, arranging it is your responsibility.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay.
• A samagri package price is the combined cost of the puja and its samagri, not an extra on top.
• Where you pay a deposit, the balance is due on the day of the puja.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error before a booking is confirmed, and will tell you if we do.

Products

• Photographs are indicative. Natural items such as rudraksha and gemstones vary in size, colour and marking.
• Stock is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
• Yantras, rudraksha and gemstones are sold as articles of faith. We make no claim about outcomes in health, wealth, career or any other matter, and nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice.

Cancellations and refunds

Set out separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully or to disrupt it.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not copy our content or images for commercial use without permission.

Limits on our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Bookings and orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. [Confirm the correct jurisdiction with your advisor.]
